All suppliers providing goods and services to St Barbara and its subsidiaries are required to have a contract in place. The following are St Barbara’s current purchase order terms and conditions.

Depending on the relationship type, value and complexity, St Barbara may require a different set of negotiated terms and conditions to apply.

All suppliers providing goods and services to St Barbara and its subsidiaries are also required to comply with the Supplier Code of Conduct.

Supplier Expression of Interest Portal

To register your interest in becoming a supplier to St Barbara, please enter your details in the Expression of Interest Portal.

* The information supplied will be recorded in a database of potential suppliers which is used by the Procurement team on an as needs basis.

* Please note that submitting your details does not commit St Barbara to using your goods and or services.

* A member of St Barbara’s Procurement Team will contact you when a suitable opportunity arises that matches with your capabilities.

Expression of interest

Access to St Barbara’s Health, Safety, Environment and Community standards

All workers (contractors, visitors and St Barbara personnel) on St Barbara sites are expected to comply with local legislation and with St Barbara’s internal Health, Safety, Environment and Community standards. These include but are not limited to St Barbara’s:

  • 15 Health, Safety, Environment and Community Management Standards
  • 16 Critical Risk Control Standards
  • 7 Rules to Live By

Please discuss with your St Barbara Contract Owner which of these standards are relevant to your proposed scope of work, this may include doing a Team Based Risk Assessment so we understand the challenges your teams will face and you can get a clear picture of the hazards that exist at the site and the controls we expect to be in place.
