Jessica joined St Barbara in July 2021 as Chief Transformation Officer and is responsible for leading the transformation activities for all aspects of St Barbara. She is a mining executive with more than 18 years of industry experience across a wide range of senior management and operational roles in Australia and internationally, including Canada.
She was most recently employed by FMG as General Manger Solomon, prior to which she was General Manager at Austral Bricks WA and Transformation Lead at BHP. During her seven years at BHP Jessica held a number of operational roles in the Pilbara, which culminated in her transformation leadership role. Jessica’s career started at Rio Tinto in Canada as a Mining Engineer graduate. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree, an Unrestricted Quarry Manager’s Certificate of Competency, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and was 40 Under 40 winner in 2016 and awarded the WA Telstra Business Women’s Award in 2015.
